1995 Wyoming Session Laws,
Chapter 58, Section 4 required the department of environmental quality to
report to the joint minerals, business and economic development interim
committee on the effectiveness of the voluntary environmental audit reporting
process (codified at W.S. 35-11-1105 and 35-11-1106) and any recommendations
the department may have to improve the voluntary environmental reporting
process.

requirement.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

1995 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 58, Section 4 is repealed.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2011.
