Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Powers and duties of the environmental quality council.

(d)

The council may employ an executive secretary

Any ex
ecutive secretary

employed
shall be appointed by the
governor from a list of three (3) qualified candidates submitted by the
council
. Any appointment under this subsection shall be with the advice and consent of the senate
in accordance with W.S. 28

The executive secretary may be removed
by the governor at the governor's pleasure
, or by the council at the council's pleasure.

The director and his staff shall provide the council with meeting facilities, secretarial or clerical assistance, supplies and such other assistance as the council may require in the performance of its duties.

. This act is effective July 1, 2012.
