WORKING DRAFT 2012 STATE OF WYOMING 12LSO-0281 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0053 Liquor licenses. Sponsored by: Representative(s) Gay A BILL for AN ACT relating to liquor licenses; increasing the minimum and maximum fee s for retail liquor licenses; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 12 ‑ 4 ‑ 201(e) is amended to read: 12 ‑ 4 ‑ 201. Retail liquor licenses and malt beverage permits; population formulas; fees. (e) The license fee to be assessed for a retail liquor license shall be not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) nor more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) ten thousand five hundred dollars ($10,500.00) payable annually in advance. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2012. (END) 1 HB0053
