Distribution of monies to crime victim service and victim assistance providers.

(e)

In determining whether a victim service provider is eligible to receive grants under subsection (d) of this section, the primary consideration shall be whether the eligibility requirements of the granting source are met, including the provider's agreement to submit an annual unduplicated count of the number of victims

served in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the division.

Division of victim services; duties and responsibilities.

(a)

The division of victim services shall:

(v)

Establish minimum program standards and uniform reporting procedures for community based services and programs for victims supported by state funds and state administered federal funds, including a requirement that

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
