Prohibitions; automobile collection; renovation.

No city or town shall enact or enforce an ordinance or regulation that prohibits a person from engaging in
motor
vehicle collection or
motor
vehicle renovation activities

on private property
if all
motor
vehicles collected or being renovated, and all parts storage and ancillary equipment storage, are located out of public view by
means of inside storage, suitable fencing, trees, shrubbery or otherwise
.

or law promulgated or applied by any county in this state shall prohibit a person from engaging in

vehicle collection or

vehicle renovation activities if all

vehicles collected or being renovated, and all parts storage and ancillary equipment storage, are located out of public view by
means of inside storage, suitable fencing, trees, shrubbery or otherwise
.

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
