Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming

Section 1.

repealed.

Section 2.

Notwithstanding
the repeal
under
section 1 of this act, credits granted
pursuant to
W.S. 39

‑
109(d) prior to the effective date of this act shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue by the department of transportation.
