Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

If the law enforcement agency denies an extension pursuant to subsection (d) of this section,

to the district court within sixty (60) days of the issuance of the denial

to remediate
a clandestine laboratory operation or a denial of an extension under subsection (d) of this section
in
accordance with W.S. 16

The law enforcement agency's authority to take remediation action shall be stayed while the appeal is pending.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2012.
