Definitions

(a)

As used in this act:

"Injury to or destruction of property of others" includes, but is not limited to, injury caused by the scattering or deposit of debris at a vehicle accident site

Any
motor vehicle liability policy shall include
, as a part of its coverage
for injury to or destruction of property of others

coverage for the cleanup costs associated with the scattering or deposit of debris at a vehicle accident site.

This act shall apply only to insurance policies, certificates, surety bonds, self-insurance and other forms of financial responsibility permitted under W.S. 31

415 which are delivered, issued, renewed or originated on or after July 1, 2012.
