Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Authorized services and supplies.

(a)

Services and supplies authorized for medical assistance under this chapter include:

in a hospice facility for an eligible
individual

as
defined in W.S. 35

and

authorized
under 42 U.S.C.
§

1396a(a)(10)(ii)(VII
)

and room and board for individuals receiving the care in a hospice facility. Reimbursement rates for hospice care shall be set annually to match Medicare hospice reimbursements rates. The room and board reimbursement rate for hospice facilities shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the statewide average of the Medicaid
nursing home room and board rate
