Salaries; amount; date of payment.

(a)

Salaries for clerk of the supreme court and district court reporters shall be determined by the supreme court as authorized by legislative appropriations. Subject to constitutional limitations the following state officers
and members of the judiciar

shall receive the salaries indicated by the figures following their respective titles:

(i)

Governor

$105,000.00

Until such time as the salaries can become effective subject to constitutional provisions, the following salary schedule shall apply:
