Wyoming
wildlife and natural resource trust account created; income account created; expenditures; purposes.

(d)

The board may expend funds from the income account for staffing and other administrative expenses authorized under this act. Additional disbursements from the income account shall be for the following purposes:

(ii)

Preservation of open spaces
by purchase or acquisition of development rights

as limited by subsection (n) of this section

funds shall be disbursed under this act for
the creation of a

Notwithstanding any other provision of law,

conservation easement
shall be created or assigned if state funds are used in the creation or assignment of that easement
.

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
