Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

When declaration of party affiliation required.

An elector requesting a major party ballot must declare his party affiliation, or sign an application for change
of
affiliation before he may receive a party ballot.
An
elector may vote only the nonpartisan ballot and if so, is not required to declare his party affiliation.
An elector may not receive a
partisan
ballot
for
a primary election if at the time of requesting the ballot he is entered in the
pollbook
as affiliated with a different political party.
Requesting a partisan primary election ballot constitutes a declaration of party affiliation.
A
change in

declaration of party affiliation
resulting from a request for a partisan
primary election
ballot by a previously unaffiliated
elector

shall be entered on the poll list by the election judge.

A previously unaffiliated elector who

otes a partisan primary election ballot shall be entered on the poll list by the election judge. A previously unaffiliated elector may also become affiliated with a party and a

affiliated

elector may change his party affiliation by completing an application signed before a notarial officer or election official, and filing it with the county clerk
not later than

at any time not within

the
primary election

at the polls on the day of the

general election, or when requesting an absentee ballot.

If the request for

absentee ballot is made for a
partisan ballot for a
primary election no change in party affiliation shall be made unless the request for the absentee ballot is made at least thirty
