Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Applicability of provisions.

(a)

This act does not apply to:

(i)

Matters arising out of an action pending in the juvenile courts of this state unless it is in a juvenile delinquency proceeding
or a child in need of supervision proceeding
;

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
