Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

State or national criminal history record information.

(a)

The following persons shall be required to submit to fingerprinting in order to obtain state and national criminal history record information:

When a child is taken into custody in emergency circumstances to protect the health, safety or welfare of the child and placed in a pr
ivate home
that has not been previously approved by the

ervices, the division of criminal investigation shall
obtain
state and national criminal history record
information
based on a name search
for each member of the household
over the age of eighteen (18) years
. No
more
than fifteen (15) days after
the
division obtains the criminal history information based on a name search,
each member of the
household
over the age of eighteen (18) years

all submit to fingerprinting
to obtain state and national criminal history record information.

If the household member refuses to submit to fingerprinting
within fifteen (15) days
, the child shall be immedi
ately removed from the home
.

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
