WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL HOUSE BILL NO. 0197 ENROLLED ACT NO. 75, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES SIXTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2013 GENERAL SESSION AN ACT relating to decedent's estates; clarifying the summary procedure for distribution of personal or real property; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 2 ‑ 1 ‑ 205(e) is amended to read: 2 ‑ 1 ‑ 205. Summary procedure for distribution of personal or real property; application for decree; notice by publication; presumptive evidence of title; effect of false statements. (e) The procedure provided by this section may be used in addition to the affidavit procedure provided by W.S. 2 ‑ 1 ‑ 201 . , or in the alternative, if the person or persons claim both real property and personal property. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2013.
