WORKING DRAFT 2013 STATE OF WYOMING 13LSO-0274 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0214 Hospital special districts-boards of trustees. Sponsored by: Representative(s) Lubnau and Senator(s) Nicholas, P. A BILL for AN ACT relating to hospital districts; providing for compensation of trustees; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 35 ‑ 2 ‑ 414 by creating a new subsection (e) is amended to read: 35 ‑ 2 ‑ 414. Administration of finances; assessment and levy of tax ; salary of trustees . (e) Each trustee shall be paid such compensation as the board of trustees determines by resolution. No trustee may receive more than the compensation paid any county commissioner in the same county as established pursuant to W.S. 18 ‑ 3 ‑ 107(c) . A resolution to increase compensation paid to any trustee shall become effective in accordance with Wyoming Constitution, a rticle 3, section 32. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2013.
