Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

Administration of finances; assessment and levy of tax
; salary of trustees

(e)

Each
trustee

shall
be paid such compensation as the board of
trustees
determines by resolution. No
trustee
may receive more than the compensation paid any
county commissioner
in the same county
as
established pursuant to
W.S. 18

107(c)
.
A resolution to increase compensation paid to any trustee shall become effective in accordance with Wyoming Constitution,
a
rticle 3, section 32.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2013.
