Definitions.

(a)

As used in chapters 1, 2, 3, 12 and 17 of this title:

"Public utility" means and includes every person that owns, operates, leases, controls or has power to operate, lease or control:

None of the provisions of this chapter shall apply to:

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
