Sponsored by: Representative(s) Loucks, Gingery, Hunt , Jaggi, Krone and Reeder and Senator(s) Hicks A BILL for AN ACT relating to the geological survey; removing the provision specifying the location of the geological survey; and providing for an effective date. B It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 9 ‑ 2 ‑ 804 is amended to read: 9 ‑ 2 ‑ 804. Geological survey; created; location of office and headquarters. A geological survey of Wyoming is c reated. The office and headquarters of the geological survey shall be in Laramie, Albany County, Wyoming, and may be located at the University of Wyoming. Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution. (END) 1 HB0241
