WORKING DRAFT 2013 STATE OF WYOMING 13LSO-0619 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0252 State board of education-2. Sponsored by: Representative(s) Teeters A BILL for AN ACT relating to the state board of education; modifying board per diem and mileage and providing salaries; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 21 ‑ 2 ‑ 303 is amended to read: 21 ‑ 2 ‑ 303. Expenses; salary. All appointed members of the state board shall receive travel expenses, be reimbursed for per diem , and mileage expense and expenses and shall receive salary for attending board meetings and other meetings related to board business in their official capacity as a member of the state board, in the same manner and amount as employees members of the state Wyoming legislature . Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution. (END) 1 HB0252
