WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL SENATE FILE NO. 0029 ENROLLED ACT NO. 58, SENATE SIXTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2013 GENERAL SESSION AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; eliminating prohibition on soliciting ride s on highways ; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 31 ‑ 5 ‑ 6 0 6 (a) is amended to read: 31 ‑ 5 ‑ 606. Soliciting on streets and highways. (a) No person shall be on a highway for the purpose of soliciting a ride, employment, business or contributions from the occupant of any vehicle. This subsection does not apply to persons attempting to obtain assistance for disabled vehicles. Section 2.
