Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

203 by creating a new subsection (c) is amended to read:

Rules governing overtaking on the left.

(c)

No driver of a commercial vehicle, as defined by W.S. 31

a), shall pass or attempt to pass any noncommercial motor vehicle
on any roadway
having a
n initial
speed limit of sixty-five (65) miles per hour or greater when
the speed limit has been lowered

ten (10)
miles per hour
or more
due to inclement weather.
This s
ubsection shall apply only when
the
lowered
speed limit has been posted.

This act is effective July 1, 2013.
