Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Applicants for the license shall pay the proper fee. The license expires on
February

1 of each year, but may be renewed each year in the discretion of the department upon the payment of the proper fee.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2013.
