A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to
the military; providing appropriations for
national guard
armories;
specifying the use of funds;
and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

The military department shall
modify and improve the facilities in
a portion of
its
national guard
armories to
better
meet the

armories' intended purpose and
serve the Wyoming communities in which the armories are located.

Section 2.

For the armory at or near Rock Springs, Wyoming, there is appropriated
from the general fund to the military department
three hundred sixty-five thousand
five

hundred fifty-nine dollars ($365,559.00)
to modify the latrine area and to improve the kitchen area.

Section 3.

For the armory at or near Lander, Wyoming, there is appropriated
from the general fund to the military department
nine hundred sixteen thousand six hundred twenty-three dollars ($916,623.00)
to modify the latrine area and to improve the kitchen area.

Section 4.

For the armory at or near Evanston, Wyoming, there is appropriated
from the general fund to the military department
three hundred thousand eight hundred seventy-four dollars ($300,874.00) to modify the latrine area and to improve the kitchen area.

Section 5.

For the armory at or near Douglas, Wyoming
,
there is appropriated
from the general fund to the military department
seven hundred ninety-nine thousand forty dollars ($799,040.00) to modify the latrine area and to improve the kitchen area.

Section 6.

For the armory known as Cheyenne 115
th
, at or near Cheyenne, Wyoming, there is appropriated
from the general fund to the military department
one million three
hundred seventy-one thousand one hundred sixty-three dollars ($1,371,163.00) to modify the latrine area.

Section 7

For the armory at or near Torrington, Wyoming
,
there is appropriated
from the general fund to the military department
three hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($315,000.00) to improve the kitchen area.

Section 8
.

For the armory at or near Sheridan, Wyoming
,
there is appropriated
from the general fund to the military department
six hundred eighty-nine thousand five hundred twenty-four dollars ($689,524.00) to modify the latrine area and to improve the kitchen area.

Section 9
.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the appropriations made in sections 2 through 8 of this act shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose other than for the purpose specified in each section. Unexpended and unobligated funds shall revert on June 30, 2014.

Section 10.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
