following reports are required under the budget bill:

Governor's Office - The
tribal liaisons shall report to the Governor and the Joint Appropriations
Committee (JAC) not later than November 1, 2014 outlining how the deliverables
required by the Governor's office will be achieved.

Agriculture - shall
report to JAC and Joint Agriculture, State and
Public Lands and Water Resources Committee on the expenditure of the funds
related to wild and feral horses not later than October 31, 2014 and not later
than October 31, 2015.

DEQ shall report to
Governor, JAC and Legislature's Management Council on converting the department
to an entirely paperless office system not later than April 30, 2014.

DEQ - shall report
to Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Committee on the department's
electronic permit filing and retrieval system, and website not later than
November 1, 2014.

School Facilities
shall report to the JAC and Select Committee on School Facilities by November
1, 2014 on school safety and security standards.

WIA - in conjunction
with the WPA and the WBC shall report on areas of synergy to the JAC and Joint
Minerals, Business and Economic Development Committee not later than November
1, 2014.

WYDOT - shall report
to the JAC not later than November 1, 2014 and not later than November 1, 2015
on any amounts of federal highway safety funds transferred to the Supreme Court
to be expended for court technology.

WYDOT - shall report
to the JAC not later than November 1, 2014 on opportunities to increase leasing
of state-owned WyoLink communication towers and increase state and local
government use of WyoLink communication towers.

WYDOT - aeronautics
division shall report to the JAC not later than October 15, 2014 on the full
cost of operation of the state's aircraft.

WDH - not later than
August 1, 2014, February 1, 2015, August 1, 2015, and February 1, 2016, the
department shall report to the JAC and Joint Labor, Health and Social Services
Committee regarding the total Medicaid enrollees and new enrollees.

WDH - shall report to
the Joint Labor, Health and Social Services Committee and JAC not later than
October 1, 2014 regarding actions taken in response to and findings on whether
federal maintenance of effort levels for the Individuals with Disabilities
Education Improvement Act of 2004, Part B and Part C have been met. The Attorney
General shall also provide an opinion to the Joint Labor, Health and Social
Services Committee and JAC regarding whether federal maintenance of effort
levels have been met.

WDH - shall report to
the JAC not later than November 1 of each year detailing Wyoming State Hospital
expenditures to correct life safety code problems, pay for the cost of
emergency detentions pursuant to W.S. 25-10-109, pay for the costs of
involuntary hospitalizations pursuant to W.S. 25-10-110.

WCCC - Wyoming Public
Television shall report to the Select Committee on Tribal Relations not later
than October 1, 2014 on the progress of the creation of the Native American
online education curriculum.

OSLI - the Board of Land
Commissioners shall report its findings to the JAC and the Joint Minerals,
Business and Economic Development Committee not later than October 31, 2014 on
recommendations regarding the highest and best use of fiber optic lines owned
by the state and located west of Laramie.

UW - not later than
October 1, 2014, the trustees of the University of Wyoming shall report to the Joint
Education Committee and JAC on the implications of granting reduced tuition
status to high school graduates of neighboring states.

UW - not later than
October 1, 2015, the trustees of the University of Wyoming shall report to the
Joint Education Committee and JAC on potential complete reconstruction of various
residence halls.

UW - shall report not
later than November 1, 2014 on the feasibility of transitioning the rodeo club
team to the intercollegiate athletics department.

UW - shall provide
reports of contributions received for matching funds from athletic booster
organizations or individuals donating funds to be used solely for athletic
programs.

UW - not later than
November 1, 2014, the University of Wyoming, in consultation with the WCCC and
each community college, shall report to the Joint Education Committee and JAC
on the transfer of credits earned at community colleges toward the pursuit of
an accredited degree program within the university.

Retirement Board - shall
provide a detailed report on specific department personnel salaries annually by
July 31 to the JAC.

DOC - shall report to
JAC and the Joint Judiciary Committee not later than November 1, 2014 on the
probation and post prison recidivism rates.

DOC - shall report to
the Joint Judiciary Committee and JAC regarding utilization of the mother/child
program at the women's center not later than November 1, 2014.

WBC - shall submit a
report on changes needed for Wyoming to comply with the Interstate Shipment of
Meat Act to the JAC and the Joint Agriculture, Public Lands and Water Resources
Committee not later than September 1, 2014.

WBC - not later than
September 1, 2014, the council shall provide recommendations to the Joint Minerals,
Business and Economic Development Committee and JAC for standardizing the
recapture of grants and loans into sustaining revolving loan funds to be
maintained on behalf of the state and local governments.

UW Medical Education
- the Wyoming medical education review panel (for WWAMI program) shall be
submit a report to the UW board of trustees and the Joint Labor, Health and
Social Services Committee not be later than October 1, 2015.

WDE - shall report
expenditures made from the education testing and assessment account to the Governor,
JAC and to the Select Committee on Statewide Education Accountability.

WDE - shall report to
the Joint Education Committee and the JAC not later than November 1, 2015 on
the equipment purchases for visually impaired clients.

WDE - not later than
November 1, 2014, the department shall report on programs for student learning
of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

WDE - not later than
November 1, 2014, the department shall report to the Governor, Superintendent
of Public Instruction, the Joint Education Committee and JAC on a freedom wall contest.

SPCR - shall report
to JAC not later than November 1, 2014 on specific and cost effective plans to
protect the Carissa mine from a potential fire event.

WDH - shall report
quarterly to JAC and the Joint Labor, Health and Social Services Committee
regarding the department's exercise of authority to transfer funding between
the 900 and 100 series budgets.

A&I - not later
than September 1, 2015, the General Services Division of A&I shall submit
to the State Building Commission a recommendation for funding for the biennium
beginning July 1, 2016, for major building and facility repair and replacement
for state institutions, for UW facilities and for community college facilities.

A&I - not later
than October 31, 2015, the General Services Division of A&I, UW and the WCCC
shall report to the State Building Commission and JAC on the expenditures and commitments
made from the appropriations for major maintenance projects.

Military Dept. - shall
report to JAC not later than November 1, 2014 and not later than November 1,
2015 on the amount of any transfer of federal match and expenditure of state
major maintenance funds.

Governor's Task Force
- the task force on university top tier science labs and facilities shall
periodically report to the Legislature on its progress in developing the plan
for renovation and reconstruction of science laboratories and instructional
areas.

DOC --shall identify
and report on the cost of demolition of the Wyoming state penitentiary north
facility to JAC not later than November 1, 2014.

WDH - on
or before May 15, 2014, the Department of Health
Facilities Task Force shall provide JAC and the Joint Labor, Health and Social
Services Committee an outline of the objectives, timelines and deliverables of
the task force. The task force shall provide an interim report on the
activities of the task force to JAC and the Joint Labor, Health and Social
Services Committee not later than November 1, 2014. Recommendations of the
task force created by this section shall be submitted for legislative action to
JAC and the Joint Labor, Health and Social Services Committee not later than November
1, 2015.

UW - shall report to
the Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Committee and JAC not
later than October
1, 2014 and not later
than October 1, 2015 related to applied research to promote processing
developments that would improve the possibility that rare earth materials can
be processed in Wyoming.

Geologic Survey - shall
report to the Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Committee and JAC
not later than October 1, 2014 and not later than October 1, 2015 on deposits,
resource development and industrial applications for rare earth resources.

Value Added Energy
Select Committee - shall report to JAC and the Joint Minerals, Business and
Economic Development Committee by November 15, 2014 on the recommendations
received from task forces created under Section 334 of the bill and on
legislative action the select committee determines is necessary to further the
purposes of this section. Task forces created under section 334 of the bill
shall, on or before May 15, 2014, provide the select committee an outline of
the objectives, timelines and deliverables of each task force; on or before
August 31, 2014, report the task force's recommendations to the select
committee for further legislative action necessary.

DFS - by December 1,
2014, and again, by December 1, 2015, the department shall report the
implementation of early childhood learning center grants to the Joint Education
and the Joint Labor, Health and Social Services Committees.

WDE - on or before
December 1, 2014, the department shall report work of the advisory committee on
school crisis management plans to the Joint Education Committee.

The
Governor vetoed the following provisions:

Section 2, Section
060 vetoed entire footnote #1, related to the SLIB seeking legislative
approval for land purchases in excess of $2M as well as language in footnote #2
eliminating the board of land commissioners and leasing provision regarding
fiber optic lines west of Laramie.

Section 2, Section
206 vetoed language in footnote #8 referencing a reduction in the Department
of Education's chief administrative officer budget request.

Section 3, Section
006 (Game and Fish Forensics Lab) vetoed language in footnote #8 regarding
specific conditions regarding the acquisition of the Laramie technology
building.

Section 300(n) (SIPA)
vetoed the paragraph related to the allocation of SIPA funds in FY2015 to the
state facilities construction account.

Section 300(o) (SIPA
appropriation to the General Fund) vetoed the entire $1,370,296 appropriation.

Section 303(p) (Extraordinary
Fire Season Expenses) vetoed language limiting carryover of fire suppression
funds to reimbursements for the 2012 fire season.

Section 323 (Limitation
on Salary Increases) vetoed entirely.

Section 329(e) (Department
of Health Facilities Task Force) vetoed language requiring the health
facilities task force to be staffed by the Legislative Service Office.

Section 334(d)
(Wyoming Value Added Energy and Industrial Plan) vetoed language in (iv)
limiting voting rights of task force members who are not employees of the State
of Wyoming, its political subdivisions, institutions or instrumentalities; vetoed
language in (v) requiring task force chairmen to be members of the legislature

Section 337 (Appropriation
to the General Fund) vetoed the entire $3M appropriation
