society or organization to be used by the organization and not be used for private
profit or commercial purposes by that organization;

Requires that property owned and used by a secret and
benevolent society or association must be directly beneficial to the people of
this state and not used for private profit or commercial purposes by that
association.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Exemptions.

(a)

The following property is exempt from property taxation:

Property of charitable trusts
, the purpose of which conforms to W.S. 4

and which is directly beneficial to the people of this state
