Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Financial advisory council.

(a)

There is established a financial advisory council consisting of the state auditor, the state treasurer, the director of the state department of audit, the director of the department of administration and information, the director of the department of revenue, a member or designee of the joint appropriation interim
committee
,
the
state
chief information officer,

and other persons the governor
appoints as ex officio members without voting privileges. The state auditor is chairman of the financial advisory council.

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
