WORKING DRAFT 2014 STATE OF WYOMING 14LSO-0126 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0056 Temporary licensing-insurance producers. Sponsored by: Representative(s) Loucks A BILL for AN ACT relating to insurance; providing for temporary work authority certificates as specified; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 26 ‑ 9 ‑ 210 by creating a new subsection (c) is amended to read: 26 ‑ 9 ‑ 210. Temporary licensing ; temporary work authority . (c) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, the commissioner may issue a certificate of temporary work authority to any person who has submitted in proper form the items required by W.S. 26 ‑ 9 ‑ 206 if the submission does not disclose any matter that may disqualify the person from being licensed. Temporary work authority issued under this subsection shall authorize the person to work as if the person was licensed under this chapter. A certificate of temporary work authority shall expire not more than sixty (60) days from the date it was issued. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2014. (END) 1 HB0056
