Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

(c)

Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, the commissioner may issue a certificate of temporary work authority to any person who has submitted in proper form the items required by W.S. 26
‑

‑
206 if the
submission
does not disclose any matter that may disqualify the person from
being licensed. Temporary work authority issued under this subsection shall authorize the person to work as if the person was licensed under this chapter. A certificate of temporary work authority shall expire not more than sixty (60) days from the date it was issued.

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2014.
