Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

(b)

Except as required in W.S. 31

929 and this section, no person shall drive or move any vehicle or equipment upon any highway with any lamp or device thereon capable of displaying a
flashing or alternating

red light
or
a flashing or alternating

blue light visible from directly in front of the center thereof.

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
