Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Out of state marriages.

(a)

All marriage contracts which are valid
by the laws of the country
under the authority of the foreign nation

in which contracted are valid in this state
, provided that such marriage contracts are between a male
and
a female person
.

(b)

All marriage contracts which are valid under the authority of a state, commonwealth, territory, district or possession of the United States are valid in this state provided that such marriage contracts are between a male and a female person.

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
