AN ACT relating to

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Sanction level four.

(a)

For a child at sanction level four, the juvenile court may:

(i)

Commit a child who has attained the age of twelve (12) years to the Wyoming boys' school or the Wyoming girls' school for an indefinite term, provided:

(A)

On release of the child from the Wyoming boys' school or the Wyoming girls' school, the
department
