powers
of local authorities
.

(a)

This act does not prevent local authorities with respect to streets and highways under their jurisdiction and within the reasonable exercise of the police power from:

(xvi)

Regulating persons propelling push carts
, including the proper stowage of push carts and signage
advising of an
obligation to properly stow push carts
,
whether on a public highway or elsewhere as
necessary in the reasonable exercise of police power
;

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2014.
