Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

Penalty for violations generally.

(e)

In addition to the penalties imposed under this section, any person violating this section may be required to make restitution to the state for the value of the wildlife taken in violation of this act

based upon the recommendation of the commission.
