Wind River Indian Reservation boundaries.

The boundaries of the Wind River Indian Reservation shall not be recognized for any purpose as the boundaries
established in 1868 by the treaty between the United States and the Eastern Shoshone and Bannock Tribes, 15 Stat. 673 (July 3, 1868). The boundaries of the Wind River Indian Reservation shall be recognized by the state of Wyoming for all purposes as the boundaries as established by the treaty between the United States and the Eastern Shoshone and Bannock Tribes, 15 Stat. 673 (July 3, 1868), and subsequently diminished by the Act of 1905, 58 P.L. 185, 58 Cong. Ch. 1452, 33 Stat. 1016 (1905), and as subsequently restored by 5 Fed. Reg. 1805 (May 17, 1940), 7 Fed.

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
