Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

The commission shall prepare a separate budget requesting general funds to implement and maintain its sensitive species and nongame programs

and

grizzly bear management program

and shall submit that budget for review, recommendation and approval as provided in W.S. 9

1014.1. Any funds appropriated by the legislature which are specified for these programs shall be retained in a separate account, expended only for such

purposes
and notwithstanding any other provision of law shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose. In managing
for sensitive species and nongame

programs the commission shall not be limited to amounts appropriated by the legislature pursuant to this subsection. The commission shall prepare a separate accounting of the expenses incurred in each fiscal year for the operation and maintenance of programs funded through legislative appropriation and shall include the accounting in its annual report.

The commission shall prepare a separate budget requesting general funds for
the department's
participation in the
state employee
's and official's

group insurance plan
for the next biennium
