Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

amended to read:

Method of execution.

(b)

If the execution of the sentence of death as provided in subsection (a) of this section is held unconstitutional

or for other valid reason is unable to be performed
, the sentence of death shall be executed by
the administration of lethal gas

firing squad
within the time prescribed by law unless for cause shown, the court
or
the governor extends the time.

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
