into the water well contractors account;

$50 of such fees into the account;

The water well contractors account created by W.S.
33-42-116 is continuously appropriated to the state board of examining water
well drilling contractors and water well pump installation contractors for the
administration of the act regulating water well drilling contractors and water
well pump installers.

Collection of fees.

(b)

The state engineer shall specify by rule and regulation an amount not to exceed
twenty-five dollars ($25.00)

fifty dollars ($50.00)
of the fees collected for each application for a permit under subparagraphs (a)(v)(A) and (D) of this section to be deposited into the account created under W.S. 33

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
