he governor may order any member of the national guard of Wyoming to duty
under Title 32 of the United States Code,
to respond to
either
natural or man made emergencies within Wyoming, to support national wildland fire response or to respond to requests originated in accordance with W.S. 19

This section is meant to clarify the governor's authority under Title 32 and is not intended to limit the governor's inherent authority as the commander in chief of the national guard.

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
