Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1 . W.S. 18 ‑ 16 ‑ 102 (a)(xi)(A) is amended to read: 18 ‑ 16 ‑ 102 . Definitions. (a) As used in this act: (xi) "Resort area" means an area that: (A) Is an unincorporated area and I s a defined contiguous geographic boundary within one (1) county; Section 2 . W.S. 18 ‑ 16 ‑ 102(a)(xi)(B) is repealed. Section 3 . This act is effective July 1, 2015 . (END) 1 HB0079
