Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 8 ‑ 1 ‑ 110 is created to read: 8 ‑ 1 ‑ 110. Gender neutral terms. (a) Any statute, memorial or resolution enacted, adopted or amended after July 1, 2015 , shall be written in gender neutral terms unless a specification of gender is intended. (b) No statute, memorial or resolution is invalid because it does not comply with this section. Section 2 . This act is effective July 1, 2015 . (END) 1 HB0099
