Jurisdiction; confidentiality of records.

(j)

Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to require confidentiality of any
matter,
legal record, identity or disposition pertaining to a minor charged or processed through any municipal or circuit court
for a
violation of a state
traffic law
or municipal traffic ordinance
.

Section 2
.

This act shall apply to court proceedings, legal records or citations initiated, filed or issued on or after the effective date of this act.
