Registration fees; exemptions.

(b)

The fees prescribed by subsection (a) of this section are modified for owners of the following vehicles:

(xvi)

For noncommercial motor homes and house trailers which are used solely for recreational travel residences, a weight based county fee shall be paid in lieu of the fee provided in W.S. 31
