Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Brands; recording generally.

(a)

Upon receipt of the application and fee the brand shall be recorded in the state brand record. If the brand
has been previously recorded the executive officer of the board shall suggest a brand that can be recorded. The executive officer of the board shall not record any brand which in his opinion would conflict with any brand of record.

(b)

The board shall

an out-of-state brand registered or recorded in a s
tate contiguous to the state of Wyoming
, provided the executive officer of the board finds the brand would not conflict with any brand of record in Wyoming. The owner of a brand qualifying under this subsection shall
