Administration.

The
transportation
commission shall prepare a separate budget requesting general funds for the department's participation in the state employee's and official's group insurance plan for the next biennium as
required by
W.S. 9

210(c) and shall submit that budget for review,
recommendation and
approval as provided in W.S. 9

‑

1014.1. Any funds appropriated by the legislature which are specified for this purpose shall be retained in a separate account, expended only for this purpose and notwithstanding any other provision of law shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose. The commission shall prepare a separate accounting of the costs incurred in each fiscal year
and
shall include the accounting in its annual report.
