Issuance, description and contents.

(d)

For all licenses issued or renewed after July 1, 2016, the department shall offer to licensees the option of
having the license issued in an electronic
digital format. An electronic license shall:

(i)

Contain the same information as a printed license
, including the information required by
paragraph
(a)(iii) of this section
;

(ii)

I
nclude
software and other
security features to render the license tamperproof to the maximum extent practicable;

(iii)

Comply with all
of the
requirements identified, including ref
erenced regulations, in W.S. 31
