The bill also provides the alternative method of execution may be used if

Method of execution.

(b)

If the
method of

execution of the sentence of death as provided in subsection (a) of this section is held unconstitutional

or
if
the sentencing court finds execution by lethal injection
cannot
be performed within the time prescribed by law
, the sentence of death shall be executed by
the administration of lethal gas
