A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to game and fish; authorizing the game and fish commission to establish fees and time periods for special management permits as specified; specifying the use of the fees collected; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Special management permit.

(b)

Special management permits may be purchased from the department or its authorized selling agents
for twelve dollars ($12.00) plus the applicable fee under W.S. 23

and shall be valid for
one (1) calendar year

The commission shall

fees

Fees established under this subsection shall be set to encourage participation
and assist in defraying the

be credited to a separate account within the game and fish fund and expended solely for
