Exemption from daylight saving time change.

Pursuant to the authority granted by 15 U.S.C. 260a(a), the
state
is
exempt from the provisions of
15 U.S.C. 260a(a
)
that

require
the standard time be advanced by
one (1) hour during a stated
period of each year. The
state, including all
its
political subdivisions, shall
be subject to this section and shall not advance the standard time pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 260a(a)
.
