AN ACT relating to local licenses; increasing the number of catering permits a person or organization may receive in a year; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

The permits authorized by this section shall be issued for one (1) twenty

mutuel event or other similar public event conducted by a public entity upon public premises, or to catering permits for events at the facilities of the University of Wyoming in Laramie, including the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
