Existing law specifies the Department of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) shall not develop or use a standard budget, base budget and exception budget as provided in W.S. 9-2-1002 through 9-2-1014. Instead, ETS is required to provide
a
zero-based budget request
which includes information
specified in statute
.

This bill repeals that requirement and provides ETS shall submit a standard budget for the 2019-2020 fiscal biennium and shall follow the budget process as provided in W.S. 9-2-1002 through 9-2-1014 on and after the effective date of this act.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
