A BILL

AN ACT relating to game and fish; establishing residency requirements related to vehicle registration laws for resident hunting and fishing licenses as specified; establishing a violation of residency requirements and vehicle registration laws as specified; providing for penalties; and providing for an effective date.

)

No person
who at the time is disqualified as a resident under W.S. 23

procure, purchase or possess a resident game and fish license, preference point, permit or tag
as provided for in this act.

(b
)

No person who becomes disqualified as a resident under W.S. 23

‑
107(k)
shall use a resident game and fish license, preference point, permit or tag as provided for in this act.

(c)

A
first violation of subsection (a)
or (b)
of this section
constitutes a low misdemeanor punishable as provided in W.S. 23

a)(v). A second
or subsequent
violation
of subsection (a)
or (b)
of this
section constitutes a high misdemeanor punishable as provided in W.S. 23
